At Trakya Cam, new recruitments are generally made at entry-level positions. For managerial posts, priority is given to candidates who have been currently employed in the company. |

| TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS |

The training process starts 15 days after the hiring of the new employee, with an orientation program customized to address the special needs of each individual recruit. Every year, as a part of Performance Evaluation System, training requirements of each employee are determined and the Training Department plans new programs to address those training needs. For some special training activities which can not be performed by the Training Department, external providers are utilized.

Every year, performance of blue and white collar employees are evaluated with a formal procedure.
For managerial positions, generally no new recruitments are made, instead, high performance employees are considerecis candidates for these positions. |

| INTERNSHIP |

Trakya Cam Sanayii A.Ş , accepts university students who want to fulfill their mandatory internship requirements at the company. Our interns can enjoy transportation and lunch-free of charge-same as our employees.
High school students from technical education institutions may also be given internship opportunities depending on availability of positions at the company. |
