Spandrel glass complementing the vision area of glazing on a curtain wall is used to mask/conceal the structural components (such as floors, columns and suspended ceilings) of the building.
Match/Uniform appearance or contrast between the vision and the spandrel areas of glazing can be provided.
Three different solutions are available:
- Enamelled Single Glazing Spandrel Panels: Toughened,
enamelled spandrel panels. Various substrate and
paint color alternatives are available.
- Polyester Opacified Single Glazing Spandrel Panels:
Toughened, polyester opacified spandrel panels.
- Opacified Insulating Glass Spandrel Units: Insulating
glass spandrel units incorporating enamelled and
toughened glasses.
